I have Edgar Snyder on speed dial . . .

You know what I can't believe? I've been living in this oh-so-posh neighborhood of mine for more than nine years now, and I still can't believe that some people don't clear their sidewalks of snow and ice. I mean, at least thrown down some salt or something. Don't these folks know that all it takes is one "slip and fall" and then it's time to call a lawyer? It's not worth the risk.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go take a long walk around my neighborhood.

In pennyloafers.

Two for One:

Perhaps you could drive your car on those sidewalks and hopefully slide on the ice into a large white SUV.
