DAVE: I've been meaning to tell you that there has not been the pandemic of stink bugs this summer that had been predicted (and documented on my blog). I don't know what it's been like out in the boonies where you live, but I have not had more than a handful of them, and none of them lately. And it has been plenty hot here. I don't know what's going on. I wonder if the excessively rainy spring has something to do with it. Nature is so funny.

JIM: Yes, we have not had many stink bugs. I have noticed a lot of Japanese beetles very recently though.
